I only came across them towards the end of my Lyme story, around year 8, and wish I had known them from the beginning. What a nice place (and a nice natural way of tackling Lyme while retaining the strength of your body).
With the Lyme Self Help Group, Tess and Erik have created a beautiful, positive and safe place for people with Lyme to become better together and also to be heard and seen. And often there is also laughter. Sometimes a tear shed. There is room to be real and experiences are shared in love. I learned a lot and it helped me get rid of the last bit of Lyme.
