After being diagnosed with Lyme and undergoing various treatments, I joined the Lyme self-help group. The Lyme related complaints greatly limited my daily life. I really wanted to get rid of this. But how do you actually cure Lyme? How do you get rid of all those terrible symptoms?
I found out that the path to healing is an enormous quest for many and different for everyone. There is no pill for Lyme that makes everyone better. In a way, you have to do it yourself. This "doing it yourself" involves more than just finding the right practitioner and treatment.

Erik and Tessa, both Lyme experts, have shown me the way in addition to the customized self-help treatments. And all in steps where I felt safe and you thought I could handle them.
