Amygdala

Not daring to take the bus or train, scared to be caught up in large crowds of people, dreading to undertake any kind of activity, and fear of the unknown. These are some of the things we hear regularly at the lyme self-help group meetings. People with Lyme disease are afraid of their surroundings and prefer to stay inside. Combine that with hyper-sensitivity for light and sound and it often results in people staying at home and isolating themselves. They also experience an almost unbearable sense of unrest and stress.

Horse mirroring

We engaged in horse mirroring with a number of members of the group. Horse mirroring gives us insight into why we are the way we are and why we act the we do. It is important to obtain this insight because traumas and ingrained habits can be a barrier to the self-healing process for Lyme disease. In the morning we first had an NLP meeting in order to clarify why we act the way we do and what our backgrounds are.

Sleeping

Many people with Lyme disease have trouble sleeping. They are very tired but cannot sleep, which causes them to be completely exhausted. As a building biologist I am frequently asked: “Why can’t I sleep if I’m so tired?”

Radiation

Certain types of radiation, especially kilohertz frequencies, allow bacteria to grow faster, including Borrelia and Mycoplasma. These bacteria grow faster when under the influence of other polluted power frequencies, mobile phones and radiation. These frequencies are bad for the hormonal system, especially melatonin, which is responsible for sleep and also supports the immune system. In addition, these forms of radiation cause acidification, and these bacteria feel very comfortable in an acidified environment.

Awareness

Lyme is a biological weapon and is a very strong negative energy that makes people and animals sick. But there is a positive side to all of the negativeness. The positive side of the illness is that awareness is created. Awareness that as a Lyme patient you may not always receive help where you expect help and that you have to help yourself. It makes you aware that you have to think about how you will save yourself, that you should not believe everything you hear and that you think about what you trust.
